An article on the official website of the United States Armed Forces’ top recruiting officer for the future says that it is a “good idea” to have a gun.
The article on Military.com is a comprehensive overview of how American troops should prepare for and fight in the future.
The advice in the article is not new, as the United Nations has used similar words about the future of the armed forces in recent years.
However, a military official with direct knowledge of the article told The Associated Press that the words were “unrelated to the situation at the time” and were just meant to illustrate the importance of having guns in the United, and that “they are not a mandatory requirement for the Armed Forces” for future deployment.
That means, according to the official, that soldiers will be able to carry them out of the military base at home, or with their own guns.
That is a common position in other countries, as well, and it’s been in place since the United Kingdom adopted such a policy in 2006.
